In a surprising twist, a judge dismisses the case against Alec Baldwin.

Santa Fe Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer has dismissed Alec Baldwin’s involuntary manslaughter case.

Baldwin’s legal team filed a belated motion for dismissal, arguing they hadn't been given sufficient time to examine potentially critical evidence: a collection of ammunition submitted during Hannah Gutierrez-Reed's trial.
